By consenting to the Debahlogistics SMS Service, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from or on behalf of Debahlogistics via your wireless service provider to the mobile phone number you provided, even if your mobile phone number is on a state or federal "do not call" list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information. Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing offers. You understand that you do not have to opt in to this program to receive our Service, and your consent is not a condition of any service provided by Debahlogistics. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all fees and charges associated with text messages imposed by your wireless service provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile phone plan and contact your wireless service provider for more details. You are solely responsible for all SMS-related charges, including charges from your wireless service provider. You can unsubscribe from the service at any time. Text the word "STOP." You will receive a one-time confirmation text message to unsubscribe. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. We may change any short code or phone number we use to operate the Service at any time, and we will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any requests for discontinuance or assistance, you send to a short code or phone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for fulfilling the requests contained in such messages. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you obtain a new mobile number, you will need to enroll in the Program with your new number. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be responsible for the failure, delay, or misdirection of any information transmitted through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take based on the information or the Service. Hourly or transfer prices include the base rate. Airport transfers include airport, parking, and road fees. These fees will be included at the time of quotation if planned/requested by the customer or the booker. Any unplanned or unplanned change will be added to the customer's final invoice. Cancellations: Any change in any regular vehicle (sedan, SUV) within two hours of the scheduled pick-up time is subject to a full charge equal to the base fare plus all applicable fees. Late cancellation fees for private vehicles are determined on a case-by-case basis. Minimum fees and/or cancellation policies for special events may vary, which you will be informed of at the time of booking. Cancellations by third parties will not be considered valid. This confirmation includes an estimate of fees and may not include all fees incurred during the trip. This may include, but is not limited to: late/delay fees, tolls, parking fees, waiting time fees, or minimum fees during special events. Contact Information: A valid mobile number must be provided to ensure direct communication between drivers and passengers. Debahlogistics is not responsible for any missed pickups due to negligence in providing passengers' mobile numbers. Cleaning Fees: Smoking is prohibited in Debahlogistics vehicles. Items: Debahlogistics is not responsible for passengers' personal belongings, including but not limited to lost or damaged items, after business hours. Pet Policy Pets are allowed. If the pet weighs more than 7 pounds, it must be placed in a dog crate. Small pets must be leashed or placed in a carrier bag and must not travel in the passenger seat. Please note that certified service animals do not need to be crated. To ensure a smooth journey for you and your pet, please contact us in advance to arrange for a pet-friendly driver. Firearms Policy: 1 - If a passenger is in possession of a weapon, rifle, or fireworks, we must be notified upon booking. 2 - The weapon or rifle must be legally licensed and approved. Our company is not responsible for any legal violations committed by the passenger. Personal Identification Information: We may collect personal identification information from users through various means, such as visiting our site, registering, placing orders, subscribing to newsletters, responding to surveys, or filling out forms.
